Marketing consent
The consent box was never pre-ticked when you joined — marketing is opt-in only, and you can change your mind any time, right here. This is one switch for your whole account, across every business you've joined. Off means off: untick it and you drop out of every marketing send immediately. Service messages — verification codes and pass updates — are part of the product, not marketing, and keep working either way.

Delete my account
This deletes your whole Rewardtree account: every card, every balance, at every business — and it can't be undone. We remove your personal information from live systems within 30 days, keeping only what the law obliges us to retain.
The button unlocks when the box says DELETE.
Your account is being deleted
Done — your sign-in is already revoked, and your personal information leaves our live systems within 30 days. Your passes will stop updating and can be removed from your wallet. If you change your mind later, you can always join again fresh at any participating business.
